Who we’re looking for: The designer we’ll hire is someone with a vision for digital creative that can deliver fresh looks and innovative design. Someone with a passion for great work and inspiring branding. Someone who can work well with a team and support the graphic and web designers within the department.

We’ll ask you to:

Build our brand with quality design: Produce digital layout and production, including versioning out of creative for multiple materials such as (but not limited to): web pages, landing pages, mobile web pages and applications, email blasts, digital media, and other related materials.

Stay consistent: Ensure our brand guidelines are being represented through all creative/design work. Update changes to the brand standards & guidelines. Archive and retrieve digital files, creative elements and projects. Keep digital files for the design team organized and cleaned up on an-going basis.

Be a problem-solver: Troubleshoot websites, digital media and emails for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility

Communicate & Collaborate: Proactively communicate with Project Managers, collaborate with creative team and cross functionally to bring ideas to life.

Stay informed: Continue developing creative skills through ongoing education of colors, technology, trends and new processes.

Identify and act on opportunities: Research consumer marketplace trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.

Staying informed and on track: Attend weekly Creative Services meeting and track all projects in Basecamp in order to keep Traffic Manager informed of current workload.

Spread positivity: Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Company’s policies, by demonstrating the Company’s values, and being a role model for the Company Brand.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required: Arts and/or Fine Arts
Minimum of 1+ year’s job-related experience (post-education) on a creative services team inside a marketing department or advertising agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop-CS6 or higher, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
Experience in building responsive web design (page layout, icon design, etc.)
