You are the voice of Anythink, managing all the creative points that reach our customers to effectively tell the Anythink story. You are a fierce defender of consistency in all products and communications surrounding the Anythink brand. Your vision:

You develop overall long-term and short-term communications and marketing strategies to meet district needs and further the organization's vision.
You provide editorial supervision to ensure a consistent voice for Anythink and manage all visual communications; pieces written or designed by the department are reviewed by you.
You embrace Anythink's vision and can apply it to your daily operations and team.
You have experience with media placement and working with advertising vendors to reach our diverse communities. You know how to pitch a great story and coordinate with media representatives.
You understand that every detail counts and that the details are what set us apart in telling our story and reinforcing the brand.
You help diversify Anythink's social media strategy, aligning tools and target audiences to meet district goals.
You stay ahead of social trends and the ever-changing algorithms to ensure optimum engagement and impact.
You strategize and use different approaches and communication tools to get Anythink's message in front of our diverse audiences.
You are the champion of the Anythink brand guidelines for the district as it applies to all communications, including signage and promotions.
You use your love of language to write effective communication pieces for the district.
You provide creative guidance and project management for external awareness and district-wide campaigns.
You know how to pair the right message with the medium for optimal impact, building an emotional relationship between Anythink and the audience that keeps them wanting more.
You are a wizard at managing Anythink's online presence -- blending tech knowledge with content, infusing them with Anythink's voice and spirit.
You are an active member of the leadership team in visioning and creating 21st century library.
You are actively engaged and add value to Anythink's leadership team in goal setting and strategic planning.
You are a genius at coaching your super-talented team honestly, directly, and consistently to achieve new levels of success.

Do you have what it takes?

You have 3 + years of marketing/communications experience.
You have been an integral part of a business, library, or nonprofit organization's success story in diverse communities.
You have a bachelor's degree.
You have experience leading employees and managing complex projects while meeting deadlines.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing priorities, in a high-speed environment.
You are tech savvy. You are computer literate including a working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, web content management tools including WordPress, online resources and expert searching capabilities for internet tools.
Spanish Speaking candidates desired.
