You understand how projects large and small fit into Anythink's big picture.
You engage well with others and are passionate about providing an exemplary customer
You are passionate about inclusivity, diversity, equity, accessibility and representation.
You have strong written and verbal skills coupled with an eye for great design.

You inspire fun in the people around you.
Your vision:
You coordinate Anythink's special projects, including events, exhibitions, outreach opportunities and initiatives like Anythink's Backyard Concert Series and Fall Artist Showcase.
You are a genius at project management, working with the Innovations team to shape project plans and use department tools to help keep everyone on deadline. You aren't intimidated by minutia and love diving into the nitty-gritty of managing details like scheduling, logistics and event planning.
You assist the district in its strategic planning by identifying potential partners and coordinating community outreach.
Your warm, friendly demeanor is perfect for growing partnerships in the local community and beyond.
You support the Anythink Foundation by designing events that are welcoming and compelling, creating opportunities for guests, members and supporters to feel like they're part of the Anythink family.
You are a liaison to branch staff, directing incoming support requests to Innovations team members. You are a great listener and passionate about seeking out those visionary staff ideas that need Innovations support.
You appreciate a solidly run meeting with a clear agenda, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and understand their roles.

You are a wizard of the virtual world, blending tech knowledge with content, harnessing the Anythink voice to effectively contribute to Anythink's online presence.
You love our products. You are a voracious reader, listen to a diverse range of music, and love a good movie.
You understand that when the pressure is on, we all work together; you enjoy being part of the team to make it happen. These tasks can sometimes seem out of your normal scope (think goat herding!) - like the old saying goes, "other duties as assigned."
You collaborate with other departments and branches to support their communications needs.
You have great ideas to share on district committees and enjoy taking a leadership role.
You do the right thing. Every decision you make and action you take is an opportunity to demonstrate our collective integrity.
Do you have what it takes?

You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Liberal Arts, Communications or related subject.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with a high-speed environment.
You are tech savvy. You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, social media and expert searching capabilities for Internet tools. Asana and WordPress experience preferred.
We are guided by these shared values:
Compassion for our customers and each other
Passion for our product
Eagerness to learn
Everyone is creative
