soona is on a mission to make professional, custom photography and videography available to any business of any size. we are the world’s first fast casual content studio.

we have successfully launched a studio in Denver & are opening in May in Minneapolis. the team at soona is building something radical within the content marketing industry, using a proprietary platform that enables us to deliver pro photo and video in 24 hours or less.

this is an exciting opportunity to join a business in the 2019 Techstars Boulder Class at its earliest stages and help us build the marketing framework to grow our vision.

the growth marketing manager at soona will work closely with the chief creative officer & cofounder Hayley Anderson and the chief executive officer & cofounder Elizabeth Giorgi. They will be a hands-on day to day executor and planner - helping to test, refine and identify key ways to grow our customer base and membership offerings. The growth marketing manager will also work hand in hand with the studio staff to understand what is driving traffic, help identify opportunities and utilize their content to expand our reach.

candidates must live in Denver, or willing to relocate, to be considered.

- has interests in photography and video production
- loves to “get their hands dirty” and is used to wearing multiple hats
- has worked with marketing platforms
- a natural writer, designer and executor
- has built marketing campaigns geared toward growth
- a natural talent at building partnerships and relationships
- data driven and eager to report on metrics
- passionate about design & quality
- can thrive through uncertainty and rapid iteration

desired experience:
- launching a new product, service or store
- working on all social media platforms
- running ad campaigns
- managing ad spends across multiple ad platforms
- negotiating partnerships with influencers
- media outreach experience
- startup experience is preferred
- 3 to 7 years of direct marketing experience
- BA or BS in marketing or related field
