The Creative Manager will have contagious enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques and experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including video, websites, brochures, print ads and product packaging. Your job includes bringing design solutions to life while adhering to marketing strategies, brand positioning and business goals. You will be producing and overseeing print and digital creative solutions that satisfy the marketing needs of Sashco.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

-Bring to life and maintain brand positioning throughout all creative assets
-Project management of all creative projects.
-Lead design associates and contractors.
-Design original pieces, including brand logos, illustrations and infographics.
-Create and manage a digital asset management system.
-Build and maintain design assets and templates in creative cloud library.
-Optimize drop box
-Assist in the development of Sashco’s Brand Style Guide.

Technical Qualifications:

-3-5 years of experience in design. 1-2 years in a senior design role.
-Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign.
-Adobe After Effects or Motion experience preferred.
-Understand basic and advanced composition techniques.
-Understand the fundamentals of visual branding.
-Photography and videography skills a plus.
