Do you have a background and passion around integrated retail marketing and analytical details? Does deliver the optimal customer experience excite you? Do you have experience in store level retail and ecommerce and want to collaborate with some of the largest Big Box Retailers and fiercely independent privately owned stores? If so, we would like to hear from you. As our Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leveraging digital and customer analytics and industry best practices to drive growth for Johns Manville through our retail partners. The Retail Marketing Manager will provide reporting, conduct analyses, gather detailed requirements, make recommendations, thoroughly test and implement best practices to optimize the customer's journey throughout our integrated retail technology channels and at the retail aisle store level.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively explore and expand working knowledge of leading practices for effective retail marketing to drive engagement throughout the channel including ecommerce and local store level
Understand market drivers and business goals to implement and leverage digital technology functionality to provide improved customer experience
Gather and translate business requirements, utilize prototypes, test and deploy solutions across all marketing tactics and platforms
Assist the JM US Big Box, US Independent Retail and Canadian Retail teams with targeted business growth initiatives
Additional responsibilities assigned based upon projects and priorities


Bachelor degree or 8+ years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree plus the requirements below, plus a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience
5 years of experience in a retail marketing role
Experience working with and optimizing ecommerce platforms
Background in retail store signage and promotional marketing tactics
Recommend SEO approaches and measure effectiveness, with quantitative analysis skills
Experience with web analytics, CMS, and CRMs
Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously
Marketing agency experience a plus but not mandatory
Travel up to 20% of time


Formal training in marketing digital platforms
eCommerce Marketplace(s) experience required
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other 3rd party analytics solutions
Project Management Experience or demonstration of owning and driving a project from start to finish with positive results
Familiarity with industry best practices for B2C Digital Marketing
Experience with content management systems (Adobe preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with excellent relationship building skills
