Hybrid Marketing Co/4B Marketing is looking for a talented, inspired, and energetic individual to join our design team on an initial three-month contract-to-hire basis with the opportunity for permanent employment at contract close.

Overview:
3-month contract-to-hire designer
30-40 hours/week of branding, design, and web support
Check daily assignments in Monday.com project management software
Team communication on Webex Teams platform while working
Design Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Hybrid Marketing/4B Design team on new client brand development projects.
Design ongoing advertising and marketing collateral for multiple clients, including print ads, print collateral, and digital ads.
Design graphics for email marketing, websites, video, and apparel/merchandise.
Publish blogs to each WordPress client site (we’ll provide initial guidance and education if necessary).
Create graphics for Instagram (including stories), Facebook, and LinkedIn (occasionally Twitter).
Be open to constructive criticism and make revisions based on client/internal feedback.
Take the initiative to start and own tasks outlined in Monday.com.
Assist with design ideation/brainstorming for creative project initiatives.
Be a self-starter and bring ideas on how to improve design projects/add value to client needs.
Requirements
3-5 years of past branding & design experience in an agency or similar setting
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Knowledge of WordPress development and design a big plus but not mandatory
Ability to own a design project, with direction from the full team, in order to meet quick timelines without sacrificing quality
Comfortable in client facing meetings in order to present ideas and creative decks
Eagerness to learn and challenge yourself to develop new skills
No ego. Some days we all are working on a big new brand presentation, but some days we all have to do the executional work to make projects successful and come to life
