WHO WE NEED

A creative individual with a keen eye for design and attention to detail who is looking to join a growing team of marketing professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

-Design execution of marketing and product collateral, including artwork for websites, email marketing, social media, Point of Purchase merchandising, print and digital advertisements, and product manuals, in keeping with the respective brand guidelines and under the creative direction of the Art Director
-Regular collaboration and communication across the Marketing Team, Sales Team, and other departments/team members
-Regular upkeep and organization of graphic asset and image libraries
-Juggle multiple deadline-driven projects with efficiency and reliability
-Preparation of files for print, interfacing with printers and vendors, and production of printed materials on an as-needed basis

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

-Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, colors, typography, and best design practices
-Excels in bringing creative concepts to life, accepting design direction and constructive criticism
-Ability to switch gears and operate in a fast-paced environment
-Critical thinking and creative problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

-Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design
-1-5 years of relevant experience
-Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

PAY, CLASS & BENEFITS

-$20.00-$24.00/hour
-Profit Share Bonus Structure Eligible
-Full-time; Hourly; Non-exempt
