Description
EBD is seeking an energetic, articulate, highly organized and dedicated Account Manager to add to our team. We are a fast-paced marketing and design firm with a collaborative work environment well suited for people who are solution-oriented team players.
The focus of this position is to provide daily account management and client service for multiple accounts as well as daily scheduling of the design team.
Responsibilities include:
-Strategy
-Research
-Creating and managing budgets
-Weekly budget and project recaps
-Budget forecasting
-Client reports
-Designing strategies and proposals for service
-Generating and overseeing schedules
Skills:
-Top-notch organization, proofreading, budgeting and multitasking skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Curious, creative, reliable, and committed attitude
-Ability to juggle high design standards, profitability and client needs
-Identify potential new clients and business opportunities
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Patient, polite, diplomatic and cheerful in the face of deadlines and time pressures
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-7-10 years experience preferred
-Knowledge of design and production process specific to packaging, web, retail, real estate a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Proficient in Google Apps for Business
-Knowledge of Creative Suite
-Knowledge of Workamajig a plus
