Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, mid-level Copywriter to assist in BrüMate’s success through the next chapter of our growth story. Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Strategy, this role will bring high-level creative concept and execution competency in all aspects of creative branding through our marketing channels including, print, email, social media, and web. We are looking for someone who is capable of brainstorming concepts and seeing them through to final execution, maintaining our brand aesthetic and visual language throughout the process. You’ll be teaming up with our in-house marketing team and outside partners to execute these tasks.

Our team is passionate about our customers, products, and their experience with our products, so the ideal candidate will also harness a personal connection with our brand and develop an intuition for our customers along with an ability to highlight our aesthetic in a way that draws others in visually.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Creative Team in creative copy execution from initial concepts through production phase
- Act as an integral part of the overall Marketing Team, supporting all aspects of the business as it relates copywriting and creative ideation
- Collaborate to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies
- Participate in brainstorms, and deliver best-in-class creative that exceeds client objectives
- Present and sell your ideas with conviction and confidence
- Pitch in on new business initiatives and agency creative communications
- Be a source of inspiration and positivity for your team

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' copywriting experience (your portfolio speaks louder than your years of experience)
- Experience writing for various marketing communications channels
- Ability to multi-task and manage several different projects with strong attention to the details
- Able to incorporate feedback and take ownership of projects with strong project management skills
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer e-commerce marketing (email, web, sms, paid social)
- Attention to the details - can edit on the fly and provide flawless copy
- Ability to work on-site at our Denver headquarters once we're able to
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last-minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude
- Cross-functional mentality working with with a lean, hungry, multi-functional team
- Desire to work alongside a growing brand in a fun and fast-paced environment
