StoryPunch is looking for a freelance graphic designer to work on a project-by-project basis and start immediately. A women-owned creative communications studio committed to supporting social impact efforts, we currently work with a number of clients in the public health space. Our aim is to produce compelling, story-centric products that connect with audiences by humanizing technical information (read: avoid jargon!)
Job Description
You will be designing a wide variety of deliverables across digital and offline media, including infographics, data displays, long-form documents, tool kits, manuals, newsletters, e-blasts, flyers, design iconography and thematic templates. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter capable of translating specialized and occupational information into easy-to-understand motivational graphics.
Requirements
•Proven graphic design experience
•Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
•Experience with technical subject matter
•Enthusiasm for work dedicated to the greater good and making a difference
Position to begin with 5-10 hours a week and could grow to 15-20. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience. Remote or Denver-based.
