Salad Collective is looking for an energetic marketing coordinator with a love of food, a flair for writing and a deep knowledge of social media. We are a fresh and growing fast casual restaurant concept that’s looking to add a part-time member to our lean and mean two-person marketing team. Our tasks include all branding and content for MAD Greens and Snappy Salads, including loyalty programs, in-store signage, culinary collaboration, training and digital/app sales.

Your tasks will focus on social media, local store and customer relationship marketing. This is the front-line of restaurant marketing – it’s the best way to target customers, grow community and build our brand.
--Spearhead social media strategy and content to drive measurable ROI.
--Work with customers via email, Facebook, Yelp, etc. to build relationships.
--Connect directly with restaurant managers to build and track sales.
--Support digital marketing and graphic design projects.

This position will start as part-time, 20-25 hours/week with flexibility. However, it might blossom into something more as you become indispensable to our team and strategy. We will take this process organically, and do our best to grow the right candidate.

Quick, witty writing is our number one priority. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Ability to make a mean salad is a bonus…or at least willing to hop on the line in a pinch. Double bonus if you know what we mean when we say Punchh, Olo, Bento, Tattle and/or Asana. Your 2-3 years of experience should also include…
--Running strategic campaigns through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram that generate revenue and engagement.
--Creating engaging, professional content that drives restaurant sales and supports brand awareness.
--Managing multiple accounts with Facebook Business Manager, Google Business, Yelp for Business and Iconosquare.
--Leveraging data to analyze performance and make proactive recommendations for multi-channel marketing.
