This position is responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing activities for Cliovana and Precision Medical Solutions. The role manages marketing initiatives through organic and paid search channels. They will also assist with social media advertising and web development & maintenance.

Cliovana and Precision Medical Solutions are sister companies under the corporate umbrella of Consumer Concept Group, a private investment and marketing company with over 35 years of experience. Cliovana is an FDA-approved machine and patent-pending treatment designed to increase women’s arousal levels and their orgasm frequency and intensity. Precision Medical Solutions is a medical licensing with clinics that provide specialty men’s health procedures, including circumcision, vasectomy, and erectile dysfunction treatments. Both companies are in the early start-up phase of development, with significant opportunities for growth and expansion.


Search Engine Optimization:
- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for both Precision Medical Solutions and Cliovana
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs, including ranking, click rate, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.
- Monitor and administer reporting dashboards and tools, and point out key areas for improvement
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

Paid search:
- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts, including but not limited to Google and Bing
- Define and monitor key metrics, including keyword bids, account budget caps, impression share, and quality scores
- Monitor and administer reporting dashboards and tools, and point out key areas for improvement
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

Lead tracking & CRM:

- Oversee and manage a lead tracking system to provide insight into the customer journey from initiation to conversion
- Monitor and administer reporting dashboards, and provide strategy recommendations to improve customer conversions
- Establishes and administers a process for maintaining customer privacy, in accordance with relevant regulation and company standards & policies


Social media:
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to develop and implement social media campaigns, including organic posts, paid ads, and influencer campaigns

Website development & management:
- Assist with the development and management of company websites and digital accounts (level of involvement to be determined by business needs and capabilities)


- 3 years of experience as SEO, Paid Search, or Digital Advertising Manager or similar role
- Proven success in SEO and Paid Search Management
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
