LRXD | Senior Art Director
This job post has expired
In this evolved world, two new currencies have become ultra-valuable in the lives of almost everyone. Health and happiness. For the last decade, LRXD has fought to bring more of both to the world — by growing brands that are on this same mission. Now, we’re searching for a senior level Art Director to help us accelerate the climb for these national brands we serve.
We’re looking for a valuable member of our growing team -— someone who strives to make great work, but also wants to be part of a motivated crew who likes to have fun. Someone who knows, loves and practices great art direction, but has a serious sense of design — and can bring it to life across media channels.
Conceptual skills are a must, as this position will require thinking on all levels. As an agency that works across every medium, you’ll be participating in all aspects of our integrated output: campaign concepting, art direction and execution, digital ideation and design, traditional design assignments and even some fun non-traditional projects.
You’ll be responsible for coming up with and creating award-winning work that both ensures success for our clients and is respected by our peers. You’ll be guided and inspired by the Creative Director, but you’ll make everything your own. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, so you’ll be required to take suggestions from others openly and produce your very best work on a daily basis. We’re a company of unique individuals that works as a tight knit team. Everyone is equally important in making us and, in turn, our clients well-oiled machines.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an agency setting and possess strong conceptual thinking skills and a book full of great looking work. You have good experience and know best practices in the digital space (and have work to show for it), as well as keeping up with current trends. You are tenacious, meticulous, fast, detail-oriented and able to confidently present your ideas to both your CD and clients.
Sense of humor is an absolute, as well as a working knowledge of all industry-related programs. Be ready to work hard (but not too hard) with likable people and clients in an energetic company blazing forward.
