About The Job
The Creative Director (CD) is the keystone which oversees the three core departments of Buhv, design, digital marketing, and content. She/He will be the conductor of these teams ensuring quality, leading strategy, and harmoniously guiding the team through complex integrated digital marketing campaigns. This person will be expected to lead, manage, and hold accountable their respective team and takes pride in growing the other team members.
When large opportunities arise, the CD will work closely with the Director of Business Development & Accounts to create a scope, proposal, and pitch deck that positions Buhv competitively within the pitch.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:
Degree in a related field
3-5 years in a creative leadership role preferably within a digital marketing agency
Deep understanding of web and application UI/UX, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, PPC, Inbound Marketing
Extremely good pitch person and ability to speak and sell an idea or strategy to a room
Ability to give clear creative direction and to provide constructive feedback to the team
Maintain working knowledge of new development software, trends, and practices related to your responsibilities
Impressive portfolio of work that leans heavily towards web/app design and integrated digital campaigns
Experience leading both creative and analytical team members
