ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE MARKETER ROLE:
The performance marketing manager role is a great opportunity to get in early at a quickly growing startup. are you a go-getter? have a passion for results? analytical, yet creative? love data and love implementing changes based on findings? have a relentless focus on connecting to prospects and clients?

this role will be responsible for owning all elements of the lead-gen journey via paid ad placements -- from buying the media, optimizing the bids to maximize ROI, managing the entire creative experience from ads to landing pages to webforms, to tracking and reporting on the metrics of the full funnel from click to conversion.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN:
own highly visible lead generation campaigns including responsibility for headlines and landing pages, scheduling and testing

measure and analyze performance, and identify new opportunities based on customer and business data

develop marketing plans for various content marketing channels. Paid media may include display ads, search, native, and social media channels

assess new advertising opportunities

implement and continually test new creative messaging, landing pages, campaigns, and tools

drive well-structured campaign testing designed to validate the potential of elected channels

HAS EXPERIENCE IN:
performance marketing role (3+ years)

online marketing channels such as social media marketing, display advertising, search engine marketing, and native advertising

navigating the large ad platforms

direct response marketing principles and methodologies

running successful online marketing campaigns and experiments- owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet objectives and budgets

working in entrepreneurial team
