This role is responsible for managing the budget and prioritization of all testing/personalization tactics across the digital ecosystem, making recommendations for use cases, and reporting on results and return on investment. The successful candidate will be a data-driven person with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, geographies and organizations (especially digital/CX development teams and marketing teams).
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
-Work with internal stakeholders to manage optimization roadmap and coordinate testing projects based on hypotheses and data requirements
-Identify and prioritize opportunities for website testing, personalization, and usability improvements based on industry best practices, prior learnings, and forecasted results
-Write testing plans, and provide recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers to test
-Provide mock-up examples of recommended design and copy changes as needed
-Manage third-party agency support hours and budget to augment prioritized initiatives
-Set up campaigns in Adobe Target, manage collisions, track and report on results
-Oversee and evolve best practices playbook for campaign creation and optimization strategy
-Perform all facets of A/B and multivariate testing from idea inception to final analysis
-Work with website implementation team on optimization tagging
-Assist in troubleshooting Adobe Target and other Adobe tools when necessary
-Provide appropriate input and recommendations to internal teams with minimal direction from manager/supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-Expert knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing
-Expert knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud (Target, Analytics, Audience Manager)
-Working knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS
-Proven leadership and project management experience
-Ability to prepare and lead presentations with confidence
-Ability to work collaboratively in various settings and tight deadlines
-Possess excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
-Must be able to apply critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
-Superior attention to detail and keen troubleshooting skills
-Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or equivalent experience preferred.
-5 years of experience in Website, CRM, or Optimization roles
