Guest House (www.guesthouseshop.com), a Denver-based company that stages beautiful homes with furniture and decor that is for sale for anyone to shop, has a newly finished loft in downtown Denver that is not to be missed.

To launch our ‘Make’ series and celebrate Guest House’s newest home – The Loft on Wazee – we’re hosting an evening with two incredible makers: Jessica of Pickletown Flower and artist Elysia Myers.

Jessica will be creating a one-of-a-kind art installation using dried florals and greenery, while Elysia Myers will paint one of her unique pieces using various types of red wine (yes, real wine!) on the outdoor patio – all while you sip on drinks handcrafted by Bellwether. And perhaps the best part: you can tour the beautifully-renovated property listed for sale by Generator Real Estate featuring exposed red brick, 30ft vaulted ceilings and a view of Denver like nowhere else.
