Job Description:
A tech start-up client is looking for an experienced, high-level and hands-on Sr. UX / UI Manager with team management experience to join their team on an onsite and full-time basis.
As a Senior UX/UI Manager you will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, hands-on in all user experience,solving difficult user experience challenges and building the user experience team as the company grows.
Proficiencies:
- 5+ years experience as UX/UI Designer - ideally at a tech firm
- 2+ years leadership experience, ideally within a UX/UI design team
- Ideally, you will have experience in designing simplified solutions within a complex and innovative industry
- Web, mobile, and native design
- Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, Adobe, or UXPin
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
The design aesthetic is modern & cutting edge.
As with any start-up, this role is hands-on, you must thrive when wearing many hats and be able to tackle any thing that needs to be done - especially when it comes to the companies user experience needs.
This is an onsite, 40 hours per week, full-time opportunity.
