Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team full-time and play a key role in our Retention program’s success and growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing our email marketing to life while creating best-in-class email designs that drive engagement, conversions, and showcase our brand’s distinct aesthetic. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director and collaborate with our Retention and Marketing teams to produce compelling email campaigns, flows, and automated journeys that stand out. Additionally, you’ll own the creative branding of the Loyalty program and design Direct Mail pieces to influence customer behavior.

Responsibilities
- Translate marketing and retention strategies into visually engaging creative

- Design and produce all email wireframes, mockups, and final email graphics

- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Retention Team, Copywriter, and Brand Team to determine email strategy and creative direction

- Own the email design process from concept to execution — including layouts, comps, sketching, and final art files

- Ensure each email aligns with our brand identity and meets performance goals

- Support seasonal launches, new product releases, and marketing campaigns with email-first creative solutions

- Manage multiple email projects and deadlines while maintaining high design standards

- Create static and animated GIF assets for emails to enhance engagement

- Curate and maintain organized email assets and ensure proper file management

- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our visual identity through email design

- Incorporate brand messaging and strategic verbiage to inspire customer action

- Stay current with best practices, trends, and competitor strategies in email marketing

- A/B test and iterate designs based on performance metrics and user engagement

- Ensure all emails are optimized for mobile, desktop, and accessibility

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing for email marketing, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in email campaigns, flows, and visual storytelling

- Deep understanding of email design best practices and a proven track record of creating high-performing email designs

- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiar with email design principles and responsive design considerations

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency

- Experience collaborating with copywriters and marketing teams to create compelling and cohesive email experiences

- Knowledge of creating GIFs and basic animation to elevate email creative

- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
