About O Hello:
Located in downtown Denver’s RiNo Arts District, O Hello is the creative agency for brands to connect with others through visual content and innovative ideas. The O Hello Media division provides global event photography and videography services to brands and experiential marketers; and O Hello Ideas provides ideation services for brand marketers to generate AHA moments with access to a network of diverse creative thinkers who dream up innovative ideas. Both divisions work with the country’s leading event marketing agencies and brands.

Your Opportunity:
O Hello is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in photography and/or videography to join the team as the point-person on programs and accounts for O Hello Media; working to efficiently fulfill all tasks required to execute our services with the highest standards against project timelines.

Your Purpose:
As the Project Manager, you oversee the photography and/or videography services as the main point of contact with O Hello Media clients and contractors; working to efficiently fulfill all tasks required to execute our services with the highest standards against project timelines. You will:

- Develop and maintain schedules against all project deliverables and deadlines according to
O Hello Media processes with extreme attention to detail, organization and effective time
management
- Lead informed client discovery calls to identify key objectives and priorities for photo and/or
video shoots
- Write detailed shot lists and creative briefs based on key objectives and priorities for photo
and/or video shoot
- Work directly with O Hello Media contractors to ensure they are inspired, well informed and
prepared to deliver content in a brand experience that makes people smile
- Build and manage contractor network to assure compliance with O Hello Media policies,
procedures, standards and expectations
- Quality control photography and videography post production
- Manage projects to maximize profitability
- Foster strong relationships through O Hello Media core values with clients, contractors and
coworkers

Yes, you be you…but, you must meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of project & client coordination in marketing or media production
- 1+ years experience with photography and/or videography
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Proficient in Lightroom
- Experience with budget management
- Proficiency in the following is a plus:
- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe C Suite
- 1+ years in the experiential marketing industry is a plus
