Health Scholars, Inc. | Demand Marketing Manager
We are looking for someone who can see the big picture and simultaneously craft killer marketing campaigns and automation programs that deliver results. You will be responsible for fueling top line growth by generating and fostering high quality leads. We want a driven self-starter capable of listening to and analyzing both the customer and the data. Your skills and strategic knowledge will need to help our business succeed in new markets, sell new products, and generate awareness of our brand.
You will be expected to use and become proficient on multiple Virtual Reality hardware options. We are a startup, so if you are not comfortable with change, taking initiative, and producing quickly this is not the position for you.
Help define a ‘modern’ demand generation strategy and marketing mix, aligned with the objectives and ARR goals of our organization.
Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing programs (with our agency partners) to expand our reach and increase traffic and inbound leads that drive revenue.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate and measure marketing activity.
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey, and assist in the content development throughout the customer lifecycle.
Work closely with our sales team to build successful qualification workflows, targeted lists and ideal customer profiles, as well as needed enablement materials.
Work with the Product Marketing Manager to align the creative and messaging of landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets.
Manage campaigns calendar and communication of initiatives to provide all teams visibility into program details and timing.
Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success.
Deliver performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Help manage brand and messaging consistency between campaigns and channels.
Attend tradeshows, events, or research opportunities as needed. Travel up to 30%.
You like data and know how to test, learn, and optimize campaigns. And you can clearly communicate those strategies and data points.
Have existing frameworks and processes for improving customer acquisition and demand gen strategies.
Intuitive, analytical thinking with quick decision-making skills.
Are a do-it-yourselfer, comfortable when all else fails rolling up your sleeves and getting shit done.
You are comfortable holding teammates and agency partners accountable.
Can work independently and manage initiatives from concept to completion.
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Ability to work and communicate with diverse personalities and skill sets.
Are open, honest and have a sense a humor.
Minimum 5 years experience creating, executing, and leading demand generation in a B2B industry focused on growth.
1-2 years B2B healthcare experience required.
Expertise across a breadth of tactics with the ability to manage tactical programs across display/digital advertising, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, direct mail, tradeshows/events, and more.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and outside agencies to achieve revenue goals.
Have extensive marketing automation platform experience, specifically Salesforce and Hubspot. Certifications in Hubspot are a plus.
Must be comfortable with new technology. Experience with AR/VR is a plus.
SaaS and/or startup experience is a plus.
Graphic design and/or copywriting skills are a plus.
