Chimera Lighting is a premium global brand in the cinema, broadcast and still photography lighting markets, based in Erie Colorado. Our products are shipped worldwide and are used in the creation of most every feature film.

Chimera is looking for a team player, with excellent communication skills to join our marketing team and help to drive Chimera’s products and story into our various marketing channels. This is a customer/user facing position. We need someone who can work collaboratively with team members to implement effective short- and long-term marketing effort, including customer technical service/assistance, assistance with trade shows and other events and collaboration in product development & testing.

• Experience with still photography, and/or video production is a must
• Strong attention to detail

• Energetic and adaptable
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Extremely resourceful; intrinsically motivated to seek answers on your own
• Can follow complicated directions well and self-motivate to successful completion
• Strong Communication skills, particularly writing
• Interest in the aesthetics of photography and cinema

Main Responsibilities
• Key account service; order entry, special customer care a projects
• Assist with tradeshow planning and execution
• Some product photography and videography
• Assist in product development testing and coordination of inside & field testing
• Other occasional tasks to drive the company’s business forward

Job Details

• Full-Time, salaried position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
• Based in Chimera’s Erie headquarters
• Vacation, health insurance & Simple IRA based on respective program eligibility
• Schedule: Monday through Friday - 40 hours/week
• Business travel to tradeshows and other events
