Description

As a member of the media team, the Digital Media Analyst will lead strategy development and execution of search marketing campaigns, support ad trafficking needs across digital and social, and assist in campaign reporting across multiple clients. This person will be analytical in nature, with the ability to distill website analytics into actionable insights and client recommendations.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies across multiple clients and campaigns, including: on-page elements, keyword analysis, ad groups, performance audits

* Deliver optimal PPC strategies across multiple clients and campaigns

* Assist with A/B testing to improve conversion paths and optimize the site experience/results

* Provide dashboards and insights from web analytics

* Provide traffic performances and analysis for client reports

* Process invoices and manage media budgets

* Proactively stays aware on latest technologies to improve agency’s online services

* Manages digital tracking, troubleshoots issues related to 3rd party tags and/or campaign buildout

* Ensure campaigns are structured to produce optimal website data for reporting

* QA assets and tags to ensure they meet site specs and ad server requirements

* Monitor quality, click through and conversion rates across campaigns while identifying trend data through ad performance in order to optimize as needed

* Analyze website structure for sitemap, title tags, meta descriptions, and keyword optimization

Qualifications

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

* Minimum of 3-5 years of web analytics experience

* 2+ years of demonstrated digital and SEO/SEM strategy experience

* Agency experience is a plus

Required Skills, Experience and Talents

* Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO applications and related technologies

*Ad trafficking experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Campaign Manager, including: container tag and media set up, implementation, reporting
* Knowledge of ad verification tags from verification partners

* Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units

* Knowledge of 3rd party measurement tags

* Demonstrated experience with digital strategy and web experience planning

* Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines

* Working knowledge of the digital advertising landscape including various digital marketing channels

* Effective communication skills and extremely detail oriented

* Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Experience using the following technologies preferred: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS
