Lana’s Shop is an independent, nationally known stationery and design boutique located in Denver, Colorado. With our hand-illustrated paper goods, we aim to capture the beauty of the natural world and bring smiles to our customers. Our stationery line and textiles are carried in Anthropologie, Paper Source and esteemed retailers and inspiring boutiques around the country.
We’re seeking a part-time Studio Lead to help with studio operations, order fulfillment, production and customer service. The job consists of projects in both the design and the business end of the studio. This position is an ideal role for a highly motivated, kind, flexible, organized, creative person. This role has potential for full-time.
{Job Description}
-Oversee and carry out the fulfillment process - including invoicing, processing payment, and packaging + assembling orders – and ensuring that all orders are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
-Maintain internal task management system to organize and prioritize deadlines.
-Manage studio supplies by ordering and stocking materials and inventory as needed.
-Ensure that the studio is kept clean and orderly throughout the week.
-Update our catalog, website and mailing lists.
-Provide customer service to our customers and clients.
-Pick up supplies and drop off packages as needed.
-Researching and reporting on new vendors and design trends.

-Vaccinated (required) as this role is inside Lana’s home with her young children around.
