The 34th Annual Charles Sawtelle Memorial Mountain Jam aka “The Charles” will take place on Sunday, July 24 at the Gold Hill, featuring three Colorado Bluegrass/Roots Music bands: Jake Leg, Greg Schochet & Little America, and Megan Burtt Band.

Get your tickets before they sell out! Tickets are $35 for KGNU members, and $40 for non-members and are available online at kgnu.org. Children 12 and under are free. No pets, please.

“The Charles” is a family-friendly mini-festival of al fresco bluegrass and Americana music aimed at fans who enjoy the clear mountain air and dazzling acoustic music in a spectacular outdoor setting.

The Charles benefits KGNU, an independent volunteer-powered, listener-supported community radio station, heard locally at 88.5 FM in Boulder and Denver, 1390 AM in Denver, 93.7 FM in the Nederland and Ward area, 98.7 FM in Fort Collins, streaming online at kgnu.org and via our mobile app for Android or iPhone/iPad.

All ticket prices will be $5 higher on the day of the show. Doors at 11:30 a.m., and the first band starts at 12 noon. The event will wrap up by 4:30 p.m.
