Senior Graphic Designer | Art Director | Leadership & Keynote Speaker I am an art director and senior designer with over a decade of experience. I thrive in concept development and conceptual design, as well as in leading creative teams and individuals. As a designer I've done the full range: large ad campaigns, traditional collateral, large-scale event design, logo/brand development, social media, and copywriting. As a creative leader, I've managed direct reports, led creative teams, and mentored younger creatives. In addition to design I've over a decade experience as a keynote speaker and leadership facilitator/trainer working with 40,000+ college students, university staff/faculty, and corporate professionals in almost every state in the continental United States. Outside of design, I am a former improv and comedic actor/writer, woodworker, sucker for dogs, and have a stronger-than-most love and appreciation for Ghostbusters.
