I come from a background of nearly two decades (and counting) of higher education teaching a variety of English courses that touch on topics such as writing, reading, proofreading, editing, research, and critical thinking. Studying these disciplines, continually practicing them, and always at work teaching and re-imagining ideas around them gives me, I think, a unique perspective that I'm curious to explore the possibilities around. I'm interested in the prospects my background, education, and experience may allow, and as remote education evolves and becomes a more permanent fixture in higher ed, I find I have the time and interest to see what opportunities exist; I look forward to speaking to those who wish to reach out and converse.
