We’re a minute late to give a well-deserved congratulations to Grit for being featured in September’s issue of Communication Arts. It’s a worthy read online to get a glimpse of the agency’s inner workings and even better in the physical magazine to see the work up big and beautiful — if you have a copy hanging around the office.
“When I left big agencies to start my own business, I knew exactly what kind of shop I wanted to have,” founder and creative director Sean Topping says. “All the budgets and trappings from a big agency didn’t matter. I just hired the weirdest, most eclectic people I could. Of course, there are specialties, but everybody here kind of does everything.
