The Sterling-Rice Group is growing its senior leadership team with the addition of three seasoned marketing veterans. Kristin Centanni, Bryant Ison and Preeti Philip have joined SRG as Managing Directors bringing deep marketing experience from client, consulting and agency organizations.

“Increasing competitive intensity and disruptive trends inspire us to re-imagine our future to meet our clients’ evolving needs as their businesses and ecosystems are being fundamentally reshaped.” explained Cindy Judge, CEO of SRG. “Adding experienced executives with specific industry disciplines to our teams, as well as first-hand experience in building products and solutions in an accelerated time frame, benefits our clients and delivers against our vision of how  we will work and succeed in the future.”

Kristin Centanni, joined SRG following over 10 years working in consulting with PwC leading its Public Sector State and Local Government consulting practice. She built an expertise in leading public sector organization transformation and change management programs. She began her career with Diamond Management & Technology consultants, which was then acquired by PwC.

Bryant Ison, who joined SRG this spring, brings deep experience in CPG, pharma and cannabis marketing. He was most recently CMO at Columbia Care where he built its multi-million dollar CBD and cannabis brands across retail, consumer and product development. He has also held senior marketing and innovation roles at PepsiCo, J&J and The Clorox Company among others.

Preeti Philip is an innovation and brand strategist. She worked for several years as an independent consultant working in CPG, foodservice and financial services, after several years working as a strategy consultant at Prophet. Preeti also worked for over 10 years on the client side for CPG companies such as P&G, PepsiCo and The Hershey Company — where she spearheaded the creation of many new product innovations as well as working on day-to-day brand management.
