The Colorado Symphony Plays Beautiful Music Together, from a Distance

Like much of the world, the Colorado Symphony is on pause. But that didn’t stop 49 of its musicians from gathering virtually to play “Ode to Joy” from Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9. Sit back, let the power of it consume you and concentrate on the music’s message: “Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony is an ode to humanity, to peace over desperation, to universal kinship and, of course, to joy.”
