Cactus has created a new senior-level position and appointed industry-leader Jeff Graham as president and chief marketing officer. Graham will start with Cactus on March 30.

In this new position, Graham will oversee day-to-day operations and direct business development. Cactus CEO and founder Joe Conrad and the leadership team set aggressive goals for 2020 and beyond. Conrad will continue to lead Cactus and welcomes Graham and his 25 years of experience.

“Cactus always punches above its weight, and we’re looking to grow our reputation,” says Joe. “Jeff Graham is one of the best in the business, and he’s the perfect person to help lead our team.”

Graham joins Cactus from Barkley, where he was senior vice president, managing director leading the agency’s Colorado office. Prior to his work at Barkley, Graham co-founded Boulder-based creative agency Grenadier. Throughout his career, Graham has been tapped to lead account groups in some of the country’s most creatively driven agencies such as Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Arnold, CORE and TBWA\Chiat\Day, and he has worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands: Microsoft, Volkswagen, Jack Daniel’s, Best Buy, the NFL, Gibson Guitar, Virgin Mobile, Bass Pro Shops, Indian Motorcycle, Under Armour, and Old Navy (where he served as interim CMO).

“I’ve been a giant fan of Cactus since I first came to Colorado. Joe and Norm have built a very special place, a shop I’ve always admired from across town. Creative at its core, great strategic chops and an integrated capability set that syncs up with what modern brands are looking for. As strong as Cactus already is, I think it’s poised for tremendous growth. I couldn’t be more excited to join the Cactus team to help take things to the next level.”

Big-time score, Cactus. We’re glad you landed on solid footing, Jeff.
