In 2014, Rob Baird co-founded PREACHER in Austin, TX, with Seth Gaffney and Krystle Loyland — two longtime colleagues from Mother New York. They were looking for more room to experiment and found it in a huge disheveled nightclub formerly called Karma Lounge. After burning a lot of sage, they began working on a wide range of projects for a wide range of clients, with a current roster including: Beam Suntory, ESPN, Tommy John, Crate & Barrel, Saint Archer Brewing Co., The Container Store and YETI.
