Andrew Goldin and Boulder’s Common Make the 2018 Yearbook School Shooting Victims Will Never Receive

2018 was the worst year on record for mass shootings in America’s schools. Julia Cordover (class president at the time of the Parkland shooting), Andrew Goldin (freelance creative director) and advertising executive Alex Bogusky came together to create a yearbook memorializing all those who died. Mostly children. Each victim is remembered with an empty box where his or her photo would normally be.

Copies were sent to all 100 Senators, all 50 governors, all major 2020 presidential candidates on both sides of the aisle and President Trump — seeking someone who will have the courage to do something about it. There’s also an exhibit touring the country where people can come see the yearbook in person and make their voices heard.

Because let’s face it. Even when we’re so divided as a country, we can all agree that children shouldn’t be murdered in our schools.
