It's ok. The art direction borrows heavily from the celebrity portrait typography pieces that have been popular recently. My bigger concern is that the main goal, to get the public to donate, is buried in the small copy at the end. I feel like they've made the concept the hero rather than the cause itself. The headline really should focus on getting people to help with donations. As it is it feels like another campaign about the great job they do. I suspect most people will look at these, not their heads, and move on. And why are their eyes blacked out? Seems like a strange choice.
