The Account Manager maintains strong, lasting client relationships based on progress in achieving client’s traditional and digital marketing objectives. In addition, the AM develops positive relationships, morale and a sense of teamwork among agency staff. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of a programs/projects: on strategy, on time and within budget.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•Operate as the clients’ day-to-day contact in executing defined communications
plans/project requests in accordance with the client’s objectives and budgets, while
simultaneously managing resources and expectations to ensure successful completion of
all initiatives.
•Consult with Creative, Interactive and Account Director to communicate client objectives
and develop plans for execution.
•Play a dual role of client advocate and Burns team advocate, identifying and
communicating effective resolutions to issues as they arise.
•Recruit, manage, and monitor development subcontractors, when needed, to ensure quality
and guidelines are maintained, and deadlines are met.
•Develop detailed statements of work for traditional and digital projects in partnership
with Account Director.
•Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up presentations of creative work.
•Keep projects on track through schedule development, clear task lists, issue tracking,
status reports, and meeting notes.
•Ensure estimates are generated and approved in a timely fashion.
•Own the relationship with third-party vendors to obtain quotes, review proofs, facilitate
delivery of goods, etc. as appropriate.
•Uphold and adheres to internal processes utilizing a project management system.
•Review all work prior to submitting to the client for approval, and secure client approvals at
appropriate milestones.
•Facilitate billing to the client after checking for accuracy and reviewing against estimate.
•Participate in business development activities as assigned.

•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
•Must have 3-4 years of agency-side marketing or advertising experience.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
•Experience with successfully developing meticulous scopes, plans, budgets, and timelines
for interactive projects.
•Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.

•Full-time position based in our Denver office
