In 2016, Chief Digital Officer Dennis Maloney said that Domino’s has gone from being a pizza company that sells online to an e-commerce company that sells pizza. Their most recent endeavor from CP+B and Legwork follows lock-step. The If This, Then Domino’s website allows you to choose events that — when they occur — trigger a pizza delivery to your home. The site’s technical interplay was created from a partnership between Domino’s and IFTTT (If This Then That) — an online service that links apps and devices together to perform different actions using ‘applets.’ It’s a fun site to play with that includes a whole lot of icing (FWA made it their Site of the Day two days ago), so go give it a tour.
