We’re a natural and specialty food distributor that manages Made•With Foods (www.MadeWithFoods.com) and CADIA® (www.MyCadia.com) natural food brands. We’re looking for a freelance production/graphic designer to work in our Boulder office. Your most important role will be to assist in the building and updating of natural food packaging. You may also be asked to assist with designing sales and marketing collateral.
You must have experience with food packaging design and file production.
You must be able to present examples of food packaging work and discuss it in detail.
To be considered for this position you must:
- Have proficiency in Adobe Programs (CC), Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Obsessive attention to detail.
- Have experience working with food packaging design and dielines.
- Be able to properly prep and finalize files for print and web.
- Understand how to work with established brand identities.
- Approach tasks with creativity and flexibility.
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Have strong communication skills. We need someone who’s not afraid to speak up with questions.
- Willing to execute repetitive tasks with a smile.
- Have availability during normal work hours and will need to be in our Boulder office.
We need someone to work in our Boulder office, hours and days will be flexible based on the individual’s schedule. We're looking for someone to commit to about 20 hours a week and can start ASAP.
This will be a 3-4 month contract.
