Visual Designers at Look Listen are super talented individuals who are committed to making exquisite, boundary-pushing work. They are driven, hands-on design thinkers with the ability to conceptualize, ideate, and contribute at every stage of the production cycle. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative — not just with direct team members, but across all departments within the agency. We’re looking for someone who can contribute cool and provocative ideas regularly, but who is also able to take direction and knock out production work quickly and efficiently if the situation requires. They must be a strong communicator — both visually and verbally — and can jump from one project to the next with ease. They are comfortable designing collateral for both traditional and emerging platforms and enjoy a fast-paced, always evolving workload. We’re looking for someone who has a have a strong desire to learn and grow a little bit every day. Negative, inside-the-box thinkers need not apply.

Requirements:
Intimate familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of the interactive design process for both email and websites
Illustration and/or motion design skills a plus
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and emerging digital trends
Strong communication and presentation skills
An idea machine. Likes to tinker, de-construct, brainstorm, and troubleshoot
Loves projects that impact people and brands in positive ways
Passionate and confident
Positive outlook. Works well with others
Interested in personal and professional growth
