Qualifications:
Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design with added emphasis on web development or design
3 years experience of design in a corporate environment minimum
Ability to develop creative, original, and innovative designs in web and print
Web design experience strongly preferred
HTML/CSS, knowledge of relevant file-types, and their applications
Traditional graphic design experience required
Knowledge of effective page layout, hierarchy
Print document creation and design
Traditional drafting and binding skills
Book organization, layout, and design
Knowledge of printing requirements, equipment, and pre-press is a plus
E-marketing experience preferred
Email design, creation, distribution, standards
Experience with performance statistics, conclusions, and action steps preferred
Google Analytics and AdWords experience a plus
Familiarity with corporate branding through social media platforms

Experience with photography equipment/ video equipment is a plus but not required
Technical Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong competency in the Windows OS (Mac a plus)
Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and
Dreamweaver. Adobe Bridge/Lightroom, Premier, Spark or Edge experience a major plus
HTML/CSS, knowledge of relevant file-types and their applications
Must be self-sufficient with various forms of electronic media – digital displays, smart phones/tablets, PCs (both Windows and MacOS based), and projection. BrightSign experience a plus but not required
Post-Shoot photo editing skills a plus (knowledge of Photoshop and Bridge/Lightroom in regard to photography)
