Tryba Architects is seeking a creative and self-motivated marketing specialist to add to its team. This full-time position will support the firm’s business development strategies and initiatives, working closely with the leadership team, graphic design and architectural staff.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing skills, graphic design acuity and be proficient in Adobe InDesign. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Communications, English, Architecture, Graphic Design or related design field is required. A minimum of two years of marketing experience within the architecture / engineering / construction industry preferred. This position requires a highly productive, flexible individual who can handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate production of qualifications packages and proposals, including correspondence with consultant team members as directed
• Support firm’s online and print publication goals
• Coordinate the submittal of press releases and images to media
• Track firm’s presence in media and publications
• Maintain “News” portion of firm website and support creation of posts
• Prepare awards submissions and track upcoming competitions
• Maintain schedule of events, conferences and sponsorships
• Coordinate select email marketing and social media presence
• Maintain project and image databases
• Support specific business development research initiatives
