Margot Elena Companies & Collections, a creatively driven, trendsetting industry leader, produces beautiful indie bath, body and lifestyle brands. We are looking for an ultra-talented, charged and ready to go, Jr. Art Director to join our growing creative team. This position will support creative leadership, art direct and execute for print and digital design.
Known for beautifully designed packaging, products, and immersive environments, Margot Elena is continuously known as an innovator, leading in creativity, imagination and ingenuity. Our in-house, hands on, design studio executes from dimensional to digital with a wonderfully rare combination of creatives from artistic to technical. You’re a powerhouse multifaceted design star. You love what you do. Your portfolio is mind blowing and award worthy. You tap into culture, art, film, fashion and technology for inspiration. You are a font junkie. You are a wizard at combining artistry and technical know-how. You embrace both the print and digital world. With a mastermind for marketing, your visual communications are fresh, effective and on brand. You are a black belt of the Creative Suite. You have solid skills, experience with prepress, packaging, web, branded content, digital campaigns, print production – whatever fits the challenge.
You have the ability to ignite a team, leading by hands on example. Your creative briefs bring a tear to the eye. You support the growth of individuals through effective feedback. You may even have a cape. You thrive on collaboration with an ego free capability to understand and apply feedback of creative leadership.
You’ll have a wealth of experience. You handle concurrent projects and fast paced deadlines with a serene calm and sense of humor. You have a keen eye for color and meticulous attention to detail. Your drive – insatiable, zealous in your pursuit of great design, committed to delivering on time and to making beauty more beautiful.

7+ years of professional, relevant experience in design studio or production environment

Expert knowledge Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of web platforms
