ABOUT FLOWSTATE MARKETING
We’re a digital and apparel marketing agency made up of happy and motivated creative people who grow businesses. We are located in the RiNo district of downtown Denver and our digital team is relatively young, but scaling quickly. We work across a variety of industries including e-commerce, outdoor, construction, food and beverage, retail and more.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
FlowState Marketing is seeking a talented creative project manager who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences to join our fast growing digital team. Working cross-team functionally you will manage a variety of projects (web, print, digital, content, and creative) which deliver results for clients. You are a motivated and driven individual with agency experience who enjoys helping teams reach their potential. In addition, you have excellent creative skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal teams and clients. You are a problem solver with strong time management skills, a positive person who is well-organized, flexible and driven. You like to see projects completed, smoothly, on time and within budget and you are able to motivate and lead those around you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Implement and control the project schedule and budget; manage long and short term roadmaps
- Determine resources needed for each project with direction from the various team leads
- Run regular project status meetings
- Maintain and manage project budgets across the digital team
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and both internal and external contributors; including coordination of assets and content for campaigns or projects
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including estimation, fulfillment, and distribution.
- Manage ongoing projects; maintain project status, task assignment and execution within our project management system
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on project performance and effectiveness using appropriate tools
- Serve as the account manager, responsible for communication on client projects
- Maintain data files and lists from Hubspot, email services, and third party vendors
- Assist with generating sales and marketing campaign assets (emails, documents, presentations, etc.)
- Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with administrative tasks associated with digital team operations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or creative related field
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing coordination and/ or project management and account management
- 1-2 years agency or freelance, and/or client-communication experience
- Ability to observe and learn systems and provide insights for improvements
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with multiple contributors and dependencies
- Experience maintaining project status and assignment in a project management system
- Strong Excel skills, reporting, or analytics
- Experience preparing files for various applications (print, social media, digital ads, optimized web photos/graphics)
- Experience working with Project Management software (we use Teamwork and Asana)
- Moderate technical skills - able to learn and leverage systems and automation to streamline execution
- Strong understanding of the design and creative industry
- Capable in Adobe Creative Suite platforms is a plus
- Additionally, knowledge or experience in the following areas would be a plus:
- HubSpot automation and administration
- Digital marketing (website design, outbound email, digital media, social media)
- Website management (Wordpress)
- Experience working with web developers and designers
COMPENSATION AND EXPECTATION
This is a Freelance to Full-time position. Please do not apply if you are only pursuing freelance work and are not seeking an eventual full time position. At least 2+ days/week preferred to start.
