Description

The Global Brain has an immediate need for a bright, talented individual to provide marketing, communication and project support to the company Founder and Chief Impact Officer while developing 3 upcoming campaigns for clients focus on Global Impact/ Purpose Driven initiatives.

Assignments can be both routine and non-routine, requiring critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. We need help with everything from writing presentations to emails to planning special events for our upcoming initiatives.

We’re looking for a strong team player -- competent in performing a wide variety of tasks in a timely and efficient manner; positive and personable with an upbeat, can-do attitude and a sense of humor.

We work in a creative environment, our offices are located in The Crispin Campus ( Inside Crispin Porter + Bogusky Ad Agency) in an energetic, friendly team and room for growth. This opportunity has the possibility to be hired.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
Desire experience in executive support, marketing or project coordinator role.
Experience working in a busy office environment on multiple tasks where priorities can change rapidly.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Fantastic computer skills (apple)
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal);
Comfortable with social media.
Quick learner.
Tech savvy, problem-solver.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
Flexible, self-motivated, adaptable and creative.
Eager to take on new responsibilities.
Additional Preferred Experience:

Familiarity/knowledge of the fields of design to create keynote presentations.
Business writing/marketing communication experience.
Social media posting and engagement on business platforms.
Experience with some of the following types of third-party software and tools would be very helpful:
Email marketing solutions such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Vertical Response, SendGrid, etc.
Web-based survey programs such as SurveyMonkey.
Basic HTML skills a big plus (not necessary)
