As an intern for our young, growing agency, you will be a core member of our team, and play a direct role in the success of our projects—both client-facing and internal.
You will work directly with the Creative Editor. We tend to wear many hats as a growing agency, so you are ideally a multitasker, can take direction andor work autonomously.

$15 / Hour

Qualifications
Enrolled in College Credit (Preferred)
Portfolio must be submitted to be considered
Pursuing career in related video field
Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year
Video Production: 2 years
Active Social Media Presence: 3 Years
Motion graphics: 1 year (Preferred)
Photography: 1 year (Preferred)
Access to own editing computer
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience with and interest in growing the RNMC brand’s social media presence via Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Ability to utilize stories, reels and consistent posting from original content and content provided by RNMC
Ability to identify trends for posts, hashtags, stories and reels to help propel the brand
Have experience with video production, lighting, audio, cinema / mirrorless cameras and being a production assistant
Ability and willingness to grow skills and take on more responsibilities as skills increase
Have an interest in the day to day operations of a video production studio
Have strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Job Description:
Creating, shooting and editing short form promotional content for social media
Assisting on video productions
Production Assistant, Audio, Lighting, Camera
Assisting on editing projects as needed and as qualified
Will report to general manager
Attend weekly one on one meetings to discuss work-load, progress and ideas
Collaborate on pre-production with team
Assist with Big Up Studios bookings, day of operations and studio equipment
Additional Information:
This is primarily a social media internship with many chances to help on set, in post production and studio operations.
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from office and on-site locations
Must be enrolled in college for credit
Flexible schedule - nights and weekends may be required
