Position: Instructional Designer - Onsite in Colorado Springs
Location: South Denver Metro
Status: Freelance
Estimated Duration: 1 year, 40 hours a week

Rate: 40 - 60 / hour
Job Description:
A Colorado Springs located insurance mission seeks an Instructional Designer to join the team in the next 2 - 4 weeks for a year long, freelance engagement.
This role will be onsite in Colorado Springs.
You MUST have experience managing large projects that has to do with creating webinar/online/video trainings from the ground up.
You will be expected to manage every aspect of an instructional design project. This includes not only the design elements but also the coordination and supervision of other design team members, including subordinate designers, subject matter experts (SME’s) and other related non-designer talent, such as programmers, writers, and artists. The less glamorous aspects of a project like budget, accounting, time sheets, and other non-design managerial responsibilities are also common in this position.
Software Skills:
- Expert level knowledge in Captivate, Story Line, Natural Reader, etc
This is an onsite freelance opportunity in Colorado Springs.
