As a full-service agency, W21 does work for a range of local, regional, and national accounts across an exciting variety of industries. We’re looking for a skilled designer to work with our creative team in producing award-worthy advertising and design.
This person will play a crucial role in crafting designs through every step of the process, from concept to final artwork. The ideal candidate will have real-world experience in creating tasty aesthetics—and enjoy having fun along the way.

Qualifications
5+ years of design-related experience
A strong portfolio
Expert Adobe Creative Suite experience in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Digital design experience including use of online editors (e.g. WordPress, MailChimp)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
A passion for the work / desire to learn
Detail oriented / cares about quality
Willing to relocate (This is not a contract or freelance position.)
Essential Duties
Deliver work with a high level of creative aesthetic, versatility, and originality
Collaborate well across the agency
Manage shared aspects of a project from concept to completion
Present work to internal and client teams with strong personal skills
Contribute to process improvement and team planning
