At The Integer Group, we’re seeking a Senior Art Director to work in our Denver agency. Working under the direction of the Creative Director, the Sr. Art Director will develop visual conceptual solutions for a full range of creative/marketing ideas with an emphasis on creating dramatic results for our clients’ brands.
The Senior Art Director utilizes their exceptional concepting skills to develop ideas, cultivates an integrated marketing approach to client business, and optimally utilizes teamwork with writers, designers, and other team members to obtain exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Create strategically sound ideas and concepts in line with objectives and goals.
- Understand proactive opportunity and tactical efficiency.
- Deliver a range of technical and innovative creative solutions.
- Present ideas in a way that helps sell creative solutions.
- Work within brand standards while optimizing the opportunity
to evolve and challenge the brand to elevate the creative look
and feel.
- Create response-driving solutions across all market challenges to help achieve our client’s goals and objectives.
- Direct photoshoots, including working with photographers, stylists, and a variety of vendors, clients and producers.
- Direct assignments and projects, from concept to final product, by working across other departments while making sure those projects deliver against the brand look, tone and feel.
- Coordinate and lead internal meetings as well as creative presentations.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or creative equivalent.
- 5+ years of agency experience
- Heavy Digital and integrated campaign experience
- Impressive portfolio (url preferred) submitted with your application, demonstrating creative experience and knowledge across all media.
