Primary Responsibilities
The Project Manager role is to be an internal hub for the account services, creative and production departments with a primary focus on moving a high volume of production and digital projects agilely (and gracefully) through the agency.

Production (project + resource management)
Manages all Production Department deadlines. Primary contact for the Account Team.
Receives all production requests and traffic throughout the day
Partners with the Studio Manager to determine resources for projects (who is working on what) on a daily basis and relies on Studio Manager to review mechanical files and overall quality assurance for the department
Assesses and optimizes Production Job Request templates (specs sheets) and enhances tools in collaboration with the Studio Manager and Account Support team
Works with the Leadership team to identify and activate additional production artist resources when needed

Digital (project + resource management)
Works closely with the Account Team/Digital ACD to determine and activate freelance resources for digital production jobs for projects such as: banner ads, social posts, simple animated videos, emails, etc.
Manages digital freelance resources and helps the account team to traffic the final leg of these projects to meet deadline expectations
Websites: Helps the Account Team/Digital ACD to develop and manage a master timeline for websites
Helps account services to procure project estimates with vendor partners and manage budgets and timelines
Quality control and acting as a liaison to development partners (schedule permitting)

Additional Responsibilities
Assesses workflow process with Creative Services Director
May include occasional client contact
Works closely with Senior Management to evaluate freelance needs, source and manage

Qualifications
5-10 years agency or in-house experience as a project manager
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skill Requirements
Proficiency in a project workflow tool (e.g. Workamajig, Trello)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Google Suite, CMS

Hours
We have east coast and west coast clients, so our hottest deadlines happen at the end of the day. Ideal working hours 9am-6pm on most days (with a very occasional late night).
