ABOUT THE POST-PRODUCTION COORDINATOR ROLE:
an expert and lover of all things post, editing workflows and automation.
the post-production coordinator oversees and leads the soona post-production process the soona post-production coordinator needs to have a passion for digital content creation, have experience in production management and knowledge of photo/video editing. additionally, they must also have excellent communication skills, an unwavering attention to detail and an inherent ability to effectively prioritize.

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE CAN:
develop and directly oversee a post production process and workflow
manage a team of editors, outside production partners and post production staff
screen content, noting feedback and revise edits as needed
oversee the content delivery process and digital organization
teach and mentor studio staff with post editing best practices
HAS EXPERIENCE IN:
5+ years Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro) and workflows
creating actions for automation
developing workflows and templates that can be consistently executed
working with 3rd party vendors
collaborating across national teams
